Our view last week
Banca Mediolanum closes the week flat, extending the pause that began seven days ago: the stock stays boxed between resistance in the 22.5 area and support in the 22.3 area, just off its all-time highs. The fatigue signs keep piling up — volume contracting further and, for the first time, sellers slightly ahead on the last candle — but a rising ADX says the underlying uptrend still holds. The trade is running at +20.7% from entry.
This week's summary
Banca Mediolanum finds its footing again: up 1.7% on the week and trading just off its all-time highs, in the 22.9 area. Seven days ago sellers led for the first time; now buyers are back in control with 76% of the volume, and the money flow swings sharply higher. A rising ADX shows the trend gaining conviction, while the daily chart still shows the double bottom in the 21 area with a 7% rebound. Earnings land this week, on July 30.
