Sellers return near the highs
Our view last week
CSX closes the week with a 4.9% jump, its widest move in a month, backed by volume that was almost entirely on the buy side (96%). But price runs into the same wall it hit last week: a fresh 7-day high in the 53.4 area, rejected again right against the daily upper Bollinger Band. In this week's CSX technical analysis money flow keeps accelerating into accumulation for a fourth straight week, and the trade remains an open buy under management, now more than 26% in the money since entry.
This week's summary
CSX slips 5.3% this week, with volume almost entirely on the sell side (84%): the rejection at the 7-day high near 53.6, against the daily upper Bollinger Band, is confirmed again. That's a reversal from last week, when buyers were firmly in control, and the trade's gain slips below the 20% mark. Still, ADX climbs toward 40 - the trend keeps its conviction even through the pullback.
