DAX (ETF): the rally stalls below its record high, now a management phase

The DAX ETF's weekly technical analysis: in week 12 of a buy, the ETF is rejected at its all-time high and the gain thins to +1.26%. Structure still bullish, but Signal Strength near the floor and the model's scenario leaning lower — a mature swing-trading setup to manage.

Our view last week
The DAX 40 is hugging its all-time high in week 11 of a bullish buy signal, up 4.15% from entry. The weekly technical structure stays full — aligned moving averages, price above the Ichimoku cloud — but momentum is cooling and Signal Strength drops to 8 out of 100. Two of the three statistical trimming areas have already been covered: a mature picture, to manage rather than reinforce.
This week's summary
The DAX ETF came back to test its all-time high and was firmly rejected: after brushing the record a week ago, price has slipped to a little over 3% below the peak and the trade's gain has thinned to +1.26% from entry. The weekly structure stays bullish, but price action is turning lower and our indicators flag a cycle running out of steam: it's week 12 of a now-mature buy, one to manage with the stop.
