EXH4, Europe's industrial ETF, keeps climbing
Our view last week
EXH4, the European industrial goods ETF, closed the week up 2.1% and bounced off the daily 20-day average, in the 117 area: buyers are back in charge, with nearly 60% of volume on the buy side. Last week the first signs of fatigue had already shown up — contracting volume, fading candle-body conviction — and they repeat this week too, even as the price holds. The buy signal, in EXH4's technical analysis, is now in its 16th week, 6.2% in the money from entry.
This week's summary
EXH4, the European industrial goods ETF, closed the week up 2.6% and pushed to fresh highs, with 60% of volume on the buy side and MACD accelerating. As a week ago, fatigue signals on candle body and buyer push persist, but for the second week running the price ignores them and extends along the sequence of higher lows, from the 114 to the 122 area. The buy signal has now reached its 17th week, up 9% since entry.
