The buy signal, which fired 3 weeks ago and was already confirmed by a positive first week, holds: the stock adds another 2.4% this week, even as price is now boxed into a tight band between support and resistance. This week's summary
Munich Re slips 1.3% this week, but the technical response has already shown up: a 3% bounce off the daily EMA20, touching the 494 area before recovering toward the 501 area. Two flags remain worth watching - contracting volumes and a weak last candle - while daily money flow still favors buyers, with 82% of volume on the buy side. The stock keeps trading in a tight corridor between the 507 and 515 areas.
