Open long, week 13
Spotify stock gains 4.1%, but momentum cools as ADX slides for 14 weeks
Our view last week
Spotify gained 5.1% this week, driven by a clear return of buyers — 77% of volume went to the buy side, against 52% and 41% the two weeks before. Money flow just flipped positive. But momentum is fading fast and the trend is losing conviction: Spotify stock stays boxed between the 200-day average and the first support, in the 513 area.
This week's summary
After last week's bounce, Spotify stock adds another 4.1% and buyers stay in control: 79% of volume goes to the buy side, the third straight week of rising money flow. On the daily chart there are four higher lows, from the 462 area to the 491 area. But the weekly ADX has been declining for 14 weeks: price is advancing without gaining conviction, boxed between support in the 533 area and resistance in the 541 area.
