Our view last week

After losing 20.3% last week, Western Digital stock bounces back 17.2%, with 92% of volume on the buy side. The rebound comes off the 20-day moving average, in the 497 area, after a low in the 451 area and a 13% climb back. The Sell signal, though, is still live after six weeks: the weekly MACD sits below its own signal line, and the price is boxed between support in the 499 area and resistance in the 513 area. Technical analysis says this one is for following week by week, not forcing.
