Zscaler buy signal: third week and holding
Zscaler dips 1% after three weekly gains, but the buy signal holds
Our view last week
Zscaler stock closes out another up week, +8.8%, its second straight gain after last week's confirmation. On the daily chart, four higher lows, from the 139 area to the 156 area, point to aggressive buyers, and the stock now sets its sights on a breakout above the 191 area. Signal strength climbs to a very high level: a wide move, to read alongside next week's technical analysis. The buy signal, which fired two weeks ago, keeps holding.
This week's summary
Zscaler stock closes the week slightly lower, -1%, after three straight weekly gains, and the first signs of fatigue show up: contracting volume and buyer dominance fading. On the daily chart, though, the sequence of four higher lows from the 143 area to the 183 area stays intact, and the first of our model's three price targets has already been hit. The buy signal, which fired three weeks ago, keeps holding: the trade is up 20%.
