Airbus, the sellers' week
Airbus slides 5.4% as sellers seize control after two weeks of gains
Our view last week
After last week's turnaround, buyers keep the upper hand on Airbus: 80% of volume is going into buying, MACD keeps climbing and the ADX confirms a trend gaining conviction. But the price made less headway this time, up just 0.8%, and money flow has cooled for a third straight week, right near the stock's all-time highs. The trade, in its 14th week, is still running at +19.75% since entry.
This week's summary
A turning-point week for Airbus: after two weeks of dominant buying, the wind shifts and 94% of the volume goes into selling, with the price giving back 5.4% near the stock's all-time highs. Seven days ago buyers were still calling the shots, with 80% of the volume buying: the reversal is sharp. Money flow has cooled for a fourth straight week and RSI slips from the 64 area to 56.5. The trade, open for 15 weeks, is still up 13.24%.
