Bradespar: a technical bounce with no flow support
Bradespar bounces 3.8% but money flow keeps worsening
Our view last week
Bradespar's Sell signal has been under management for 16 weeks, with the short now up 11.7%. This week the stock shed 5.1%, with 90% of volume on the sell side: the decline broke down through its 7-session high, and money flow keeps worsening. Compared with a week ago the picture has hardened: the MACD stays in negative territory, and the earnings report, out yesterday, is now behind it.
This week's summary
Bradespar bounces 3.8%, with 95% of volume on the buy side: the first buyer-dominated week after two of heavy selling. Money flow doesn't confirm it, though — CMF worsens for a sixth straight week — and on the daily chart the sequence of lower highs stays unbroken. A technical bounce inside a picture that is still one of distribution, not a reversal.
